Shipping & Return Policy

At Tressley Hair (MS Global Exports), we are committed to providing premium quality hair extensions to our customers worldwide. Please read our shipping and return policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Policy

Please note that Processing Time is different from Shipping Time.

Processing Time:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of payment confirmation. This allows us time to inspect, wash, and package your hair extensions to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  • Custom Textures: Steam-processed textures (Curly, Wavy, Deep Wave) require an additional 2-3 business days for processing to ensure quality.

  • Weekends & Holidays: We do not ship on Sundays or Indian National Holidays.

Shipping Time:

We ship worldwide to over 220+ countries. To ensure you get the best possible shipping rate and fastest delivery for your specific location, we work with a network of premium global carriers.

Our Courier Partners:

  • Premium Express: FedEx, DHL Express, UPS.

  • Economy & Aggregators: We also utilize trusted shipping networks (such as Shiprocket, Aramex, and other international agents) to find the most cost-effective route for your order.

How We Choose: Once you place your order, our team compares rates across multiple carriers to find the best balance of speed vs. price for your destination. If you have a specific preference (e.g., "Only FedEx"), please let us know in the order notes.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • USA & Canada: 5-7 Business Days

    • UK & Europe: 5-7 Business Days

    • Africa: 7-9 Business Days (via Cargo Agent)

Customs Duties & Taxes (Important):

IMPORTANT: As an international buyer, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): We ship all packages DDU. This means the product price and shipping cost do not include import duties or taxes.

Payment of Duties: The buyer is responsible for paying any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country's government. Tressley Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance and has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the courier.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance for orders over $500. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by FedEx/DHL but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the courier.

 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (Human Hair) and strict international hygiene regulations, we maintain a strict return policy.

The "Hygiene" Clause:

All Sales are Final once the hair has been used, washed, installed, colored, or if the bundle tags/ties have been cut.

We cannot accept returns on used hair under any circumstances.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges: We only accept returns if:

  1. You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong length or texture).

  2. The item has a manufacturing defect.

  3. The request is made within 7 Days of delivery.

  4. The hair is in its original condition: Unwashed, Uninstalled, Uncut Wefts, and with all Original Tags attached.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at info@tressleyhair.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days.

  2. MANDATORY: You must provide an Unboxing Video showing the package being opened. This is required to prove the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, we will provide a return address in India.

Refunds:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover re-packaging and labor.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Jurisdiction: All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sattenapalli, Andhra Pradesh, India - 522403.
